Out in Finance unites individuals across the financial services industry to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality. We advocate to advance workplace policies across the industry; collaborate with firms on programming and events; engage with the community; and provide a networking forum for LGBTQ+ financial services professionals and allies.
Out Professionals
Out Professionals is the leading career-building nonprofit for LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer/Questioning) professionals in the USA. We help advance the careers of established and aspiring professionals through meaningful networking, educational events, and other life-enriching programming. In 2025, 11, 300 aspiring professionals attended events across our city chapter network.
