OP JOB BANK POLICY

  1. Job listings are open to both OP members and non-members. You can post a job, search for a job, or both.

  2. Companies and individuals who post jobs on the OP Job Bank must comply with all United States and New York State Equal Opportunity Employment laws and guidelines.

  3. OP members exclusively can post resumes. Non-members may not post resumes.

  4. Internships posted on OP must be paid positions. Listings for internships must include job descriptions. Only not-for-profit organizations may post listings for non-paying internships.

  5. Job postings expire 30 days from the initial posting. Listings may be extended at any time. Please retain job listing ID number and access code to extend your listing and/or edit.

  6. Job postings and member resumes are subject to review and approval by OP administration. Job postings and resumes are usually approved within 24-48 hours.

  7. For the protection of our members, OP reserves the right to edit any job listing or resume posting. By posting your job listing or resume, you grant us permission to make edits as we deem appropriate. OP also reserves the right to refuse, without explanation, any job listing or resume.

  8. To ensure wide access to our site, Out Professionals is not able to accept job listings or resume postings from adult entertainment businesses, escort services, or sites containing pornography. Many office firewalls block websites involving adult entertainment or images.

  9. OP is not responsible for the validity or veracity of any job posting or resume listing. By using our site, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the content of these postings and listings, which are offered for informational purposes only.

  10. Job listings and member resumes are emailed at the beginning of each month, and occasionally in the middle of the month, depending on volume.
