OP NETWORKING INTENSIVE
Thursday, February 2, 2012
6:00PM - 9:00PM

MUSICAL CHAIRS? SPEED DATING FOR BUSINESS? IT'S BOTH, AND IT CAN TAKE YOUR CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
On Thursday evening, February 2, Out Professionals hosts the year's first Networking Intensive--a unique one-on-one event designed for entrepreneurs, executives, business owners and client-oriented sales professionals.
You get five valuable minutes of face time. Introduce yourself. Who are you? What do you do? What do you want out of tonight's event? Talk about your fields. Exchange business cards (bring plenty -- you'll need 'em!).
Then move to the next chair and repeat. (This is no boring business event where you meet just one or two people. You meet a whole roomful, one-by-one. And you get more than a minute to spin it!)

| New: Comedy Bonus! Just for fun, Paul Hallasy takes the OP mike tonight for a few minutes of freshly minted stand-up comedy. The Advocate named Hallasy one of "Seven Funny LGBT Comics You Shouldn't Have Missed in 2011." A triple-threat comedian/actor/singer, Paul is a published author ("New York Trilogy: New York Underground, Trapped, Love and Sex," "Nostalgia") and playwright ("Tear Me Apart"). He has written and starred in five one-man shows at The Duplex and has advised gay travelers on the travel website Gridskipper. Paul is a longtime OP Member; visit www.paulhallasy.com. |
