Midlife is a time when many of us are required to face change personally and professionally. James Knopf can help you see it as the time to embrace change and find the courage to create a new life path.

After fulfilling requirements you saw earlier as your responsibility — establishing a career, creating a circle of friends, entering into long-term relationships — you may now be drawn to a different kind of life.

But there are bills to pay, children to educate, partners to communicate with. And enough fear, guilt and stress to make it challenging to create an authentic new life.

Knopf aims to help you re-envision midlife as a time of growth, change and evolution.

He wants to help you explore untapped passions and learn to express yourself in ways truer to who you are now. The goal? Reaching your full personal and professional potential.

This workshop is designed to help you:

  • Identify and take action to achieve your goals
  • Build confidence and eliminate fears
  • Get unstuck and become more effective
  • Build a support network and “play better” in life

James Knopf is a certified professional Life Coach specializing in career, relationship and executive coaching. He holds a graduate degree with certification in leadership coaching and team-building from George Washington University, as well as a B.A. in Communications and Sociology from Tulane University. A member of Out Professionals, James has led workshops for American Express, Citigroup, Conde Nast, HBO and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
