Negative self-talk drains energy and blocks us from achieving our full potential. Just as bad, our inner critic often affects how we relate to others, resulting in a lack of harmony, connection and understanding.

Tonight Dian Killian reveals techniques to help you embrace the positive intent of your inner critic and gain greater clarity about what matters most. Learn how to make real, proactive changes in your life!

This workshop will help you:

  • Get clear about what’s really bothering you on a core level.
  • Transform judgments, demands and blame into self-understanding and connection.
  • Make powerful requests of yourself that proactively move your life forward.
  • Release the blocked energy you’ve been putting into self-judgment and blame.
  • Free yourself to live your vision!

Dian Killian, PhD is a Certified Trainer with the International Center for Nonviolent Communication. A graduate of the Coaching for Transformation program, she is a Certified Life Coach and co-author of two books, “Urban Empathy: True Life Adventures of Compassion on the Streets of New York” and “Connecting Across Differences: Finding Common Ground with Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime,” now in its third edition. Dian offers coaching and training via her company Work Collaboratively, serving organizations ranging from small and large NGOs to multinational and Fortune 100 companies. She leads the annual East Coast Women’s Retreat and has offered public programming at 92nd St Y, Kripalu Center, Omega and the New York Open Center.
